Skill and Strength
Snatch High-Pull -3 sets of 3@ 75%, 3 sets of 2 @80%
Snatch Push Press + Overhead Squat -5@ 70%, 5@75%, 5@80%, 5+@80%

WOD: Everybody Jump
3 Rounds for Time (2 rounds for beginners)
- 5 burpees with tuck jump at end
-10 box jumps (Beginners do step ups)
-15 Jumping Pullups
-20 Jumping kb swings 35/20
