Strength
-Bench Press:
5 @70%, 5@75%, 5@80%
-OH Squat
5 sets of 3@70%

Chief
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Push ups
9 Squats
Rest 1-minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

OT:
2 rounds of
200 Meter run followed by 1 Rope Climb
or 200 meter run followed by 2 ground to standing rope climbs
