34 second left side plank
34 second right side plank
34 second front plank

34 Thrusters adv-95/65 beginner 75/55
34 double unders
34 box jumps
34 Meter Burpee Broad jump
34 calorie Row
34 Knees to Elbows
34 Renegade Rows

Every 2 minutes, everyone must do 34 speed jabs (yes, like a boxer)

OT:
34 meter 3 plate carry
25 for the guys 15 for the girls
There is a catch....
1 plate in the left hand, 1 plate in the right hand, the 3rd plate somewhere else!
