then one on each side of your heaviest – Use a weighted Barbell if needed

Workout:
30 Plyo Squats with the Bar 95/65
Then…
40 lunges
10 ground to bar touches
30 Lunges
20 G2B touches
20 lunges
30 G2B touches
10 lunges
40 G2B touches

Overtime:
Handstand hold for time
