Saturday - WOD 11 - Crazy Girls



Today we are going to do 2 of the "Girl" WODs that CrossFit HQ designed. These are 2 of the same WODs that a few of our members are going to tackle this weekend at the World Wide Wod.

WOD 1:
"Helena"
12 min Cap
3 rounds
21 kettle bell swings 52/35
12 pull ups
100 double unders or 200 singles
*we will do this workout in competition fashion with a partner helping you count
**we will go in waves - 5-8 at a time

WOD 2:
"Karena"
5 min cap
60 situps (may use an abmat)
Then as many wall balls as possible with remaining time 20/15
*we will do this workout in waves with a partner helping you count
**we will go in waves, 5-8 at a time
