Monday - WOD 35 - keep on trucking


Strength:
3-3-3-3-3
Strict Press -> Push Press -> Push Jerk
Looking for a 1RM on each
all 3 lifts are done without dropping the bar
At a certain point, you will not be able to do the Strict Press, so you would do the Push Press and Push Jerk only.
Then later, you will not be able to do the Push press, so you would do the Push Jerk only

WOD:
EMOM for 10 minutes
2 james Complexes 135/95, 95/65, 75/55
4 push ups
6 situps

OT:
250 meter row
Plank for that length of time
200 meter row
Plank for that length of time
150 meter row
plank for that length of time
