25 Foot DB Bear Crawl 50/35
(Bear Crawl in the weight room/Double under in the Middle Room)
B. AMRAP in 7 mins
15 hollow rocks
15 KB Swings 52/35
(use the warm up room)
*Half the class will start on WOD A, the other half will start on WOD B.
OT:
2 minutes of Db farmer carry Hold 50/35
