Thursday - WOD 38 - Stations

As many situps as possible in 2 minutes

WOD: Stations
3 rounds of
Station 1 - Tire hits
Station 2 - Plate Vups 25/15
Station 3 - ground to bar touches
Station 4 - sprints (from garage to red line across the parking lot equals one point)
*the class will be divided evenly into the 4 stations
*you will spend 1 minute at each station
*2 minute rest between rounds
*keep a running total for each round
