Strength (15 min)
Snatch balance with a pause at the bottom (use a rack)  3 sets of 3 @80% of snatch,  3 sets of 2 @85%
Power Clean - 2 sets of 3@60%, 2 sets of 3@70%

WOD
AMRAP in 15 mins
5 pull ups
10 front rack lunges 95/65, 75/55, 65/45
15 floor sweepers,  same weight

OT
10 hand stand pushups
