Advanced - squat clean and jerk 3-3-3-1-1 (full squat )

WOD
In a partner pair for time
5 burpee penalty every time the bar is dropped. burpees will be done at the end of the WOD

1 partner does 25 double unders.
Other Partner is holding deadlift 95/65 2nd partner does 25 double unders. Other partner is holding deadlift Once 2nd partner is back:
40 partner push presses

1 partner does 25 double unders Other Partner is holding deadlift 115/85 2nd partner does 25 double unders,  Other partner is holding deadlift Once 2nd partner is back:
40 front squats 115/85

1 partner does 25 double unders,  Other Partner is holding deadlift 135/95 2nd partner runs 100 m Other partner is holding deadlift Once 2nd partner is back:
60 deadlifts135/95

*3:1 ratio for singles

30 flutter kicks
