Wednesday - WOD 37 - Its a wonderful day for some ladders



Skill:
TGUs - For max weight
Use a barbell as needed
Beginners use dumbbells

WOD:
Wonderful ladder of Deadlifts 185/135, 165/115, 135/95
1st minute = 1 rep
2nd minute = 2 reps
3rd minute = 3 reps
and so on (12 minute cap)

Wonderful ladder of Dumbbell  thrusters 50/35, 35/20, 20/15
1st minute = 1 rep
2nd minute = 2 reps
3rd minute = 3 reps
and so on (12 minute cap)
