Friday - WOD 81 - 14.5 Prep


Reminders for this week.
Friday we have normal hours. However, Saturday we will be at CrossFit Drakon from 9a-11am to perform CrossFit open 15.5

Next Friday we will not have normal Evening hours due to an even that we are hosting at CrossFit Success.
We will still have normal morning hours on Friday 4/4/14


Workout 14.5

MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
95-lb. thrusters
Burpees
WOMEN - includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
65-lb. thrusters
Burpees
MASTERS MEN - includes Masters Men 55+
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
65-lb. thrusters
Burpees
MASTERS WOMEN - includes Masters Women 55+
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
45-lb. thrusters
Burpees

Remember that all Thrusters must go from below parallel to full lock out on top.
The burpees must be bar facing burpees and each jump over must leave with both feet at the same time. Step overs are not allowed.
