Strength
Hang Snatch (full snatch)
2 sets of 2 @70%, 2 set of 2@75%, 1@80%,
Snatch grip Deadlift (competition team use the Fat Gripz)
2 sets of 5@110% (of snatch)

WOD
5 rounds of
200 meter run (#2 on the side of the road)
1-15 ft rope climb (sub 5 pullups for beginners)
15 HR pushups
15 Med Ball Situps 20/15
