This will be the last run through of the No Rep violence Competition. Friday should be a light day and Saturday should be a rest day for those that are competing.

Beginners:
3 position Snatch: 3 Sets of 3 starting with empty bar (move up on weight as approved by your Coach)
Hang Clean: 3 sets of 3 (move up on weight as approved by your coach)

Advanced
Snatch - 2 sets of 60%x4, 70%x4, 80% 3
Clean & Jerk - 2 sets of 60% x (4+1), 70% x (4+1), 80% x (3+1)
RDL - 3 sets of 5@85% (% of clean)

WOD:
10 minute time cap
Buy IN- 10 Front Rack Squats with 10' slosh bar (RX 50/35, Scaled 35/25, Masters 35/25)

10 Axle Bar Overhand Grip Deadlifts (RX 195/125, Scaled 155/95, Masters 105/65)
