Thursday - WOD 91 - Batman and Robin (partner WOD)


Time to pull out a good partner WOD.
Remember to wear your favorite super hero shirt for this WOD

Strength (15 minutes)
Power Snatch + OH Squat - 3@60%, 3@65%, 3@70%
Power Clean Touch & go - 3@60%, 3@65%, 3@70%

WOD:
In Partner teams 20 min AMRAP

A .Get through 60 KB Swings Rx 52/35, Scaled 35/20
Partner A runs 200 meters while
Partner B Starts KB swings
When Partner A returns, athletes will switch
Repeat until all 60 KB Swings are done

B. Get through 60 Partner Med Ball situps over a box 20/15
Both partners complete this task

C. Get through 60 OH walking lunges with an empty bar
Partner A runs 200 meters while
Partner B starts Lunging
When partner A returns, athletes will switch
Repeat until all 60 lunges are done

You will complete parts A,B, and C
If you finish under 20 minutes, you will start over at part A

OT:
30 each - Partner Leg raises throwbacks
Partner A does a leg raise while partner B throws the legs back to the ground
