Monday - WOD 116- Drop it like a squat

Strength
15 min to find a 1rm backsquat
WOD
Using 50% of that new max
back squat (not using a rack)
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
hand stand pushups (hspu)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Example:
Round 1 would be 1 back squat and 10 hspus
Round 2 would be 2 back squats and 9 hspus
