Thursday - WOD 119 - trifecta

Strength
Single arm snatch
3-3-3-3
Moving up in weight each round

WOD
Station 1
5 min Amrap
20 tire hits
20 wall balls

Station 2
5 min Amrap
10 power snatch 95/65
10 burpee bar jump overs

Station 3
5 min Amrap
15 kb situps 50/35
15 kb swings

Entire group will be divided into 3 even groups.  Each group will start at a different station.
After each round,  there will be a strict 2 min break to get scores and move to the next station.
