Tuesday - WOD 117 - KISS
Sometimes we just need to take a step back and focus on the basics.
For this WOD, you must make your best efforts at Great form.
Imagine that you are in a competition and you are being judged based on your form. So make it count.
Strength (15 minutes)
hang Squat Clean - 3 sets of 3 at 60%
Hang Clean high pulls - 3 sets of 3 at 70%
WOD:
15 minute AMRAP
5 Chest to Bar Pullups (8 chin above bar)
7 Box Jumps (10 Step ups)
9 strict Push ups (12 snaking or modified)
*1 burpee for each round that you are on (example, after round 4, you would do 4 burpees)
