WOD:
"Fight Gone Bad"
-Wall-ball: 20/15 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
-Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
-Box Jump: 20/18 box (Reps)
-Push-press: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
-Rows (calories)
Each athlete will spend 1 minute at each station.
There is a total of 5 stations.
Each athlete will go through the 5 stations a total of 3 times.
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On the call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
There will be a short between rounds 1 and 2
