additional Warm up:
3 rounds 
3 cartwheels
10 pushups
10 situps
10 squats

Strength
Front Squats
3 sets of 5 @60%

WOD:
12 min  AMRAP
-plate Get ups to Box jump 25/15lbs 24"/20" box
-OH lunges with plate 25/15
-80 Meter plate run (to the red rail, carry the plate any way)
*increase by 3 reps each round
*example round 1=3 reps, round 2=6 reps, round 3=9 reps and so on
