Wednesday - WOD 135 - Time to Clean



Endurance:
100 meter repeats
From the garage to the red rail:
Start another 100 meters every 30 seconds
for a total of 10 rounds or 5 minutes
Whatever time is left in the minute is rest once you reach the end of each 100 meters

WOD
Wonderful ladder of Cleans 135/95
Minute 1 = 1 rep
minute 2 = 2 reps
minute 3 = 3 reps
And so on until you can not complete the amount of reps for that minute
Once you can not complete the reps in that minute you are out.
