Thursday - WOD 156 - Snatching Cindy


Don't forget that on Friday we will only have 1 class at 10am.
There will be no other Classes.

Land mines

WOD:
"Snatching Cindy"
20 minute AMRAP
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
1 Hang Power Snatch 95/65 for each round you are on
(Ex. If you are on round 5, at the end of that round, you would complete 5 Hang Pwr snatches)
