Thursday - WOD 162 - Running with Annie



Strength:
OH Squats
3@50% 3@60% 2@65% 2@70%
Competition team:
Snatch Balance + OH Squat - 3-3-3-1-1 (50%-60%-70%-75%-80%)

WOD: "Running with Annie"
150 double unders (450 singles)
150 Situps
*400 meter run at the beginning of the WOD, then every 4 minutes after (4 runs total = 1600 Meters)
-reps can not be partitioned - all double unders must be completed before starting situps
- Beginners will only run 200 meters every 4 minutes
- There is a 16 minute Cap

OT:
5 sets of 5 Negative Pullups
Beginners 3 sets of 3
- use a band as needed to reduce the speed of the drop
