Wednesday - WOD 155 - Bday wod "Ana"

Happy birthday to Anabella (ana - baya) . She is like a little sister to most of us and as such, we are so very proud of her.
She has been a important part of our Box family for a while now and it has been, to say the least, very interesting having her around.
On top of Fun times, she is always smiling, always pushing others, and never quitting.

Happy Birthday Blana.

This entire Sabrina created WOD is called "Chasing Ana"

Endurance: (the Chase begins)
7 sets of 80 meter sprints (down and back to the red rail)
Must finish each set in 28 seconds
Then you have 32 seconds of rest each round

2 rounds for time
800 Meter run
8 hspu
8 deadlift 225/155
8 sumo pop > into full burpee

This time is added to your Metcon time but is done after a rest
28 calorie Legless row (stiff legged row)
