Wednesday - WOD 161 - Birthday Girls

Happy Birthday to Jessica, Callie, and Marissa.
This Birthday workout was mainly created for Jessica since we already did Marissa's birthday WOD last week and Callie is too new to even know what a birthday WOD is.

So here you go
Marissa - 32
Jessica - 26
Callie - 19

26 second handstand hold.
If you fall short of 26 seconds, do that many burpees

32 Snatches 95/65
26 Power cleans 135/95
19 Deadlifts 225/155
*10 second deadlift hold at the top of each minute, including the first minute
*strict 1 min rest after each exercise (in addition to any time left in the final minute of the exercise)
