Wednesday - WOD 172 - Fat Bar-extravaganza
Let's get in the competition spirit. Here is a little practice for those heading out to WODAPALOZA this weekend.
We will partner up with a counter to get you guys in the comp spirit. A counter will help keep you honest and motivate you through these 2 WODS.
Strength:
Fat Bar Deadlifts
5-5-5-5 (try to increase the load each set)

Using the "Fat Gripz" or an axle bar
