Friday-WOD 192 Gauntlet teams

Skill:
Team relay run- each member of the team has to run to the red rail and back (2x's) but only one at a time then....immediately start the WOD!

2 RFT in teams
250m row
10 burpees
15 box jumps 24/20
20 hollow rocks
* the first member of the team will start and the next one cannot start the exercise until the team member in front of them has completed that exercise.
