23 second tire flip – As many as possible (partner up if needed)

WOD:

You have 3 minutes to complete each exercise. Any time remaining in that 3 minutes is rest

-23 Floor Sweepers 135/95 - 95/65
-23 jumping slam balls 20/15
-23 Front Squats 135/85 - 95/65 (no squat Rack)
