WOD
"From Bottom to Top"
With a 30 minute clock
30 Ground to OH 115/85
then
AMRAP of
30 wall balls 20/15
30 lunges
30 ground to bar touches (both hands touch the ground then touch a pullup bar)
30 kayak rows (while sitting on a box, you use a PVC pipe and touch end to end in a rowing motion)
