Tuesday - WOD 222 - Snatching Cindy



Strength:
Bent over Row
3-3-3-3 (trying to increase the load on each set)

Land mines
10-10-10
With a plate on one end 25/15

WOD:
"Snatching Cindy"
20 minute AMRAP (15 mins beginners)
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
1 Hang Power Snatch 95/65 for each round you are on

(Ex. If you are on round 5, at the end of that round, you would complete 5 Hang Pwr snatches)
