Wonderful ladder of deadlifts and box jumps
Min 1 =1 deadlift, 1 box jump
Min 2 = 2 deadlifts, 2 box jumps
And so on through 10 mins
B. Max of 10 rounds
Wonderful ladder of sprints and air squats
Min 1 = 1 sprint, 1 air squat
Min 2 = 2 sprints, 2 air squats
And so on
* sprint is to second fireline and back
