Friday - WOD 245 - Halloween WOD
Strength:
Frankenstein Lunges
10 minutes to find a 4 Step Max Front rack walking Lunge
- While holding the weight in the front rack, you will take 4 walking lungegs
- Increase the load until you can no longer take the 4 steps
- no more than a 2 sec pause between steps
Halloween WOD:
31 min AMRAP
- 10 Zombie Pushups (HR pushups)
- 10 jason vorhees situps (candle stick get ups)
- 10 Grave diggers (Hang Power cleans 115/75)
- 10 Monster Smashes (Slam balls 20/15)
- Jump for your life (50 double unders)
