Warm up:

even minutes - 5 plate situps, 5 plate Ground to OH 45/25
WOD 1 (starts with a 200 Meter run)

10 bar jump overs
WOD 2 (starts with a 200 Meter run)

5 Med ball Get ups 20/15
10 Ball over Bar tosses (bar has to leave from the ground)
