3x10 Candle Stick Get ups
Rx try to do single leg
Scaled, use both legs

WOD (variation of main site WOD)
EMOM 5 Thrusters
Min 0-5 @75/55
Min 6-10 @ 95/65
Min 11-15 @115/80
*Scaled stick with 1 weight
*Score is how many rounds you can complete

4x5 weighted pushups
increase the load each time (strict Pushups only, no snaking)
If you can not do a strict pushup, work no those before adding weight
