Strength:
11 TGU @ 10% of Strict Press
11 TGU @ 20% of Strict Press
11 TGU @ 25% of Strict Press Max
- Adjust weight accordingly to keep good form
- Advanced - Use a bar
- Intermediate - Use a DB or KB

WOD:
3 Rounds for time
11 Hang Clean to Push Jerk to Back Squat then back to front 135/95
11 Med Ball candle stick get ups to wall ball Toss 20/15
200 Meter Jump Rope Run after each round

OT:
After a 5 min rest from the WOD
400 Meter Farmer Carry 35/22 (in each hand)
