75 hollow rocks
50 Cal row
25 Burpees
*only 1 athlete working at a time
* "Base" for the non-working partner is outside of the garage line
* If the working partner wants to "tag" his/her partner, they must physically run outside of the garage doors to tag their partner
*you can tag as often as you like
