3 Stations

2 Min Rest between Stations
Divide the class evenly into 3 groups.

Station 1:
5 Min EMOM
10 Ring Rows
10 Hand Release Push ups

Station 2:
5 Min EMOM
8 Front Squats 135/95
8 Floor Sweepers

Station 3:
5 Min EMOM
6 Parallette Shoot Throughs (forward + back = 1)
6 Parallette Mountain Climbers (Left + Right =1)
