Happy Pre Turkey Day:

Warm up
Turkey tabata 1
jump n jacks/ situps

Turkey tabata 2
Tabata rowing (set up rowers for lowest round Score)

WOD:
15 min AMRAP
1 pull up
1 burpee
1 deadlift 185/135
2 pullups
2 burpees
2 deadlifts
3 pullups
3 burpees
3 deadlifts
and so on adding 1 more rep to each movement each round until time runs out
