Monday - WOD 303 - fast and furious

Endurance
800 meter run

WOD - Fast and Furious (2 min rest between sections)

A. (5 min cap)
40 Power cleans 135/95
with a 15 second DL hold at the top of each minute

B. (5 min cap)
30 Push Presses (135/95)
with 2 burpees at the top of each minute

C. (5 min cap)
60 plyo squats
with 15 jump n jacks at the top of each minute

D. (5 min cap)
60 plate sit ups (25/15)
with a 15 second plank at the top of each minute
