On the first day of CrossFit, my awesome coach gave to me, A Wall Walk at CrossFit Success
On the 2nd day of CrossFit my awesome coach gave to me, 2 Sprints and a Wall Walk at CrossFit Success
On the 3rd day of CrossFit my awesome coach gave to me, 3 Pull ups, 2 sprints and a wall walk at CrossFit Success... etc.
For time:
1 Wall Walk (reverse)
2 sprints (2nd red fireline and back = 1)
3 Pull ups
4 SDHP 95/65
5 Bar over Burpeess
6 Candle Stick Get ups (no weight for Rx, use a plate for scaled)
7 GHD situps
8 Box jump overs (no lock out needed/both feet must touch/no other body parts may touch box)
9 Floor Sweepers 95/65
10 kb Swings 53/35
11 db lunges 55/35
12 Hang Clean to Jerk 95/65
