Tuesday - WOD 298 - 300 Revisited

1-1-1-1-1-1 (1=each arm)
increasing the load looking for a single heavy lift on both arms (final weight is weight lifted with both arms)

WOD
300 Revisited
20 minute cap
As fast as possible while rotating through the stations every minute
Station 1 - Deadlifts 185/135
Station 2 - Box jumps
Station 3 - Pullups
Station 4 - Single Arm Ground to OH with KB/DB 53/35
Station 5 - Rowing for Calories

*The class will be divided out evenly to start at different stations
*each athlete will keep track of their own Score
*The athletes are trying to get a total rep count of 300
*Athletes will rotate from station to station every minute without rest between stations until a score of 300 is reached
*Athletes will note time once they reach 300
