20 KB/DB Single Arm Snatches 53/35 per partner
20 Hang Power Cleans 135/95 per partner
11 Knees to elbows per partner
11 hand release pushups per partner
11 OH Squats 95/65 per partner
*Partners may assist the partners with reps if needed
