Friday - WOD 323 - Farewell Chelsea

This is Chelsea's final WOD with us for a while. She is off to the DPS academy.

Group warm up
Hang from the bars
Foam roll

30 min EMOM
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
* if an athlete misses a round either by choice or because time runs out, their total score is reduced by 1 point for each minute  missed
* beginners 15 mins
* intermediate 20 mins
