Today we are celebrating Karla's Birthday.
Karla has been a great friend to the Box and the best word that I can use to describe her is "faithful". I use this word because no matter the circumstance, she has always been there, always stood by us, and always given us solid advice.
So in honor of her, I came up with this WOD that is very similar to the "filthy 50", but has a few Karla Tweaks.
