Friday - WOD 60 - Super Ladder

Group warm up
Empty bar warm up.

Skill
15 min to work on snatch and clean technique

(The following weights need to be pre-loaded and laid out for each person to run through the ladder, much like a competition)

Each person will start at the empty bar and have 1 minute to successfully lift each bar. At the start of each minute, that athlete will move on to the next weight, and another athlete will move forward.

Each athlete will attempt to Snatch each weight until they can no longer snatch.
At which point they will start Cleaning each bar until they can no longer Clean the bar.  At which point they will attempt to deadlift each bar until they can no longer do so.

If an athlete makes it to the end of the ladder at 315, they will rep out that weight for the remainder of that minute.

Each athlete will have 3 scores
1. Heaviest weight snatched
2. Heaviest weight cleaned
3. Heaviest weight deadlifted or # of reps at the 315lb weight.
