Farmers and lumberjacks
Team WOD (teams of 3 or 4)
4 rounds per team mate of the following
-80 meter double plate carry 45s/25s
-Front rack lunge 95/65 60 feet (from garage door to rig and back)
- 10 toes 2 bar.
* the athlete in front of you has to complete the exercise before the next athlete advances (gauntlet style)
*there should never be 2 athletes from the same team on the same exercise at the same time
