Saturday - WOD 95 - Fire Fighter Dale

WOD "Dale the fire fighter":

In teams of 3 Rx. 4 for beginners
100 Step ups (representing the many flights of stairs that Dale will have to climb)

320 Meter sled drag 90/45 (representing Dale doing a rescue drag) red rail and back x 4

150 tire hits (representing Dale doing ventilation on a building)

800 Meter plate run 45/25 (broken up however the team likes, representing Dale doing a primary search and rescue)

100 partner deadlifts 225/155 (representing Dale doing a rescue Carry)

400 mountain climbers (representing Dale climbing a ladder)

**Teams can work in any order they wish. They can also do the work in any way they wish since being a firefighter is often a team effort.
For example,  the sled drag can be pulled by 1,2, or 3 people at the same time.
The deadlift can be done by 1,2, or 3 peoe at the same time
