Tuesday - WOD 91 - You could be Farmer



The WOD today is meant to be a fast and furious type of workout. Keep things as light as you need so that you can do at least 5 reps touch and go on each of the Bar movements.

Strength
Back Squat + Snatch Balance
15 minutes to find a heavy one set max

WOD:
using 2 Dumbells or 2 Kettle bells
200 Meter Farmer Carry 35/20
20 floor sweepers 135/95
100 Meter Farmer carry (karate place)
20 Clean Grip Deadlifts 135/95
50 Meter Farmer Carry (dumpster)
20 Hang Power cleans 135/95

20 Hollow Rocks
20 Scissor kicks

20 Flutter kicks
