Monday - WOD 102 - May the 4th Be With You!



This is gonna be a fun star wars themed WOD

Complete the following for time, no stopping between Episodes.

Part 1 (episode 4)
Death star trench run
Will take a proton torpedo (med ball 20/14) 80 meters (red rail and back) by throwing it. (Throw only,  Can't move with the ball,  cant drop it)
Once back,  Throw the med ball (torpedo) into the center of tire.
Remember,  stay on target!

Part 2 (episode 5)
Yoda training
Must carry yoda (Plate 25/15)  400 meters
Then 2 rope climbs
(Beginners do 5 ground to standing)
 Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.

Part 3 (episode 6)
Landing party on Endor
Chip away to get the shield down
15 burpee bar jump overs
20 push presses 95/65
25 power cleans
30 sdhp
35 floor sweepers
