Saturday - WOD 124 - Team WOD

Just a reminder, we will only have a 10am Class this Saturday. At 11am, I will hold an Oly clinic for any athlete that is interested. We will look at the basics of the Snatch, and the Clean & Jerk.
This clinic is for any level. For the advanced lifter, I will start to assign out homework to help you improve technique and increase your PRs.
For the beginners, we will mainly work on basic form and try to nail down the movement before moving onto heavier weight.

Team WOD:
in teams of 3-4. We will try to have even teams. The team number may change on the fly before we start the WOD

AMRAP in 20 mins
(As many reps as possible in 20 mins)
-Push ups
- Box Jumps 24-20
- Ring Rows
- 200 Meter Run

**there will be a team member starting at each station keeping count of the reps at that station, the "runner" will complete the run then come back in to tag the first person. Then that person will tag the next person and so on.

At each station, there will be a running count of reps at that station (it is best to use some chalk if you can’t keep up with the count. Then at the end of the 20 minutes, we will record the score from each station revealing the winning team.
